Mai Rui New Energy provides vehicle technology and core components, Kazakhstan Automobile Factory is responsible for vehicle manufacturing, and Zhixin Group is responsible for offshore trade and services.
Mode 2: KD trade + Kazakhstan factory assembly
Mairui New Energy is responsible for the packaging of KD parts of the vehicle and the manufacturing and packaging of chassis components; Zhizhixin Group is responsible for offshore trade and services; Kazakhstan is responsible for vehicle assembly, delivery and after-sales service.
